GENERAL GUIDE LINES 

Septic systems should: Not be located within 6 ft (1.5 m) of a building or property boundary. Not be located near high traffic areas or subjected to excessive loads. Be accessible for ease of maintenance. Never use sharp objects around the tank to avoid puncturing the tank. Tank inspection port port should not be buried to allow for inspection and maintenance 

RECOMMENDATIONS: Do not flush non-biodegradable items (disposable diapers, condoms, feminine hygiene products, etc). Do not use any type of septic system additives or enzymes. 

MAINTENANCE: Fatboy systems are designed to ensure easy access for cleaning. It is recommended that tanks are cleaned as necessary, with inspection every 12 to 18 months. Always refill Tanks and Digesters with water. Replace filters twice per year
