Contract Information
Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the Goods indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications are made by us until your order is accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if Goods are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Van Der Waal Company Ltd. shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.
When making a purchase you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Variation of Content

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad & Tobago and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Van Der Waal Company Limited. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effectively only if in writing and signed by the Directors of Van Der Waal Company Limited
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thanks for shopping at Van Der Waal Company Limited. (also referred to as “VDW”). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return of Items
Fifteen (15) days to return an item from the date it was received by the purchaser.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once VDW receives an item for refund, it will be inspected and the purchaser will be notify that VDW has received the returned item. VDW will immediately notify the purchaser on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.
If the returned item is approved for refund, VDW will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s credit card (or original method of payment).
The purchaser will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer's policies.
Shipping
The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the purchaser has received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.

If the purchaser is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product and get an exchange of the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. The receipt must also be kept.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
EXPRESS SHIPPING
www.vanderwaaltt.com utilizes a courier service for the deliveries, with rates based on location and weight of packages.
Deliveries are made 24-48 hours after order has been placed, except for Tobago, and for areas specified on our “Domestic Rate Sheet”, listed under extended or Remote areas. These areas require an additional 12-24 hours processing time. Click here to view chart for area breakdown and rates.
- All orders received before 10:00 a.m. MON-THURSDAY would ship 24-36 hours from time of order.
- All orders, received after 10:00 a.m. MON-THURSDAY would ship 24-48 hours from time of order.
- Deliveries for Tobago are 48-72 hours after order has been placed.
- All orders, received on Friday- Sunday, would ship 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
For orders dispatched by UPS, please check Tracking Information provided to get updates on the Delivery Status of your package. You can enter your tracking number provided with your shipping conformation by clicking here
Please note that no deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Public Holidays. Delivery times will also be affected by other unforeseen circumstances such as Weather, Strikes etc. If there are any delays to your delivery, you will be contacted by a Representative of www.vanderwaaltt.com , who will provide you with a revised delivery date. Every effort will be made to ensure there that you get your order in a timely manner.
N.B. A delivery surcharge of 3.5% is applied on the VAT Inclusive subtotal of your order, this is a non refundable fee applied by the finincial institution for processing.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Customers have the option to pay for their items on delivery; this option can be selected on the check out screen by choosing “Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)”
Customers can pay for the items using Cash, Linx or Credit Card when the goods are delivered.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items received are in good working condition before making payment or accepting the delivery.
