Asphalt Releasing Agent Biteerex ECO, 20L

Description

BITEEREX ECO is based on natural vegetable oil and special ester oils ensuring good biodegradability in water and soil.

Field of application

All construction sites, in particular in water catchment areas, protected water zones, water courses, etc.

BITEEREX ECO is applied to dump trucks, asphalt finishers and other machinery and equipment. The product is especially suitable for use on rubber-tired rollers.

Method of application

BITEEREX ECO is applied in a thin and uniform layer onto the clean and dry surfaces using a suitable spraying device (with Unijet nozzle TPU 800067-SS). As a maintenance preparation it should be applied before the first and after every successive operation. Consumption: approx. 20 - 35 m²/l. It may not be mixed with water, oils or solvents.

Notes

- Recommended application temperature >0°C

- The storage period should not exceed 2 years.

- Store barrels on their sides

- Reseal packaging after removal

- Preliminary trials required

- Before use, check whether the criteria in the operating instructions for the system/device are met

The product shall only be applied to vehicle areas later in contact with asphalt/bitumen, otherwise there is the danger of contamination.

Prior to its use on rubber-tire rollers, seals, etc., the compatibility with the elastomers should be verified.

The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.

Store cleaning rags wetted with BITEEREX ECO in a closed and approved container."
